although most users have no problems with using these softwares, it would be nice if all aspects of the software and the processes that go on are explained, for example, the difference between D5 & D9 discs (I know the capacity of a D9 disc is double that of a DS and that you can't rewrite over D9 plus they are more expensive, but not everyone knows this).
